Abstract
<jats:p>his scientific monograph builds on the authors' previous research and publishing activities in the field of project management and provides a clear summary of the current state of their research. The main objective of the monograph is to identify the specific benefits and limitations of new trends in process improvement (the specific benefits and limitations of modern tools, including the use of collaborative platforms and artificial intelligence) in the environment of Czech organizations. Based on this, it then formulates practical recommendations for their effective use in project management practice.</jats:p>
