<jats:p>This book comprehensively analyzes agricultural and food security as a core issue of international public law. The work evaluates access to food, food safety, and the sustainability of agricultural production not merely as economic policy tools, but as substantive and procedural rights directly linked to human rights, humanitarian law, and state responsibility. Comprising three chapters, the study systematically examines the normative international framework, the weaponization of food in armed conflicts (focusing on the Gaza case), and the multi-layered aspects of judicial protection of these rights within Turkish domestic law in light of treaties and judicial decisions.</jats:p>
