Abstract

<jats:p>The paper examines the main changes in the draft European standard prEN 1992-1-2:2021E for the design of reinforced concrete structures subjected to fire. A brief overview and analysis of some basic assumptions for the calculation of reinforced concrete elements in a fire situation are made.</jats:p>
