Abstract
<jats:p> Uzbekistan, a country with a wealth of cultural history and a varied natural environment, is increasingly being recognized for ecotourism and food tourism. These two areas of tourism will help to foster sustainable development, benefit environmental conservation, preserve cultural identity, and promote local economic development. With a mixed-methods approach, this article explores the current state, challenges, and opportunities for ecotourism and food tourism in Uzbekistan. The results reveal development progress through community engagement, sustainable practices and tourism, food heritage, and purposeful infrastructure. </jats:p>
