Abstract
<jats:p>This article examines the process of forming an effective pedagogical system aimed at stimulating and developing students' abilities in modern educational contexts. Emphasizing a student-centered approach, the study explores the theoretical foundations rooted in constructivist, humanistic, and developmental learning theories. It outlines the key structural components of such a system, including educational objectives, curriculum design, teaching methods, assessment strategies, and teacher competencies. The article also proposes practical strategies for implementation, such as differentiated instruction, mentorship, and integration of digital technologies. Special attention is given to the challenges of equity, teacher preparedness, and institutional barriers. The proposed pedagogical system seeks to cultivate each student’s potential by creating inclusive, adaptive, and engaging learning environments.</jats:p>
