Abstract
<jats:p>Hadis şerhlerinin bir taraftan önceki ilmî mirasın aktarılmasına diğer taraftan da ilmin yeniden üretilmesine imkân veren dinamik bir karaktere sahip oldukları bilinen bir husustur. Bu bakımdan aslında şerhlerde bir taraftan ilk dönemin izlerine, tartışmalarına rastlanmakta öte taraftan bu bilgilerin ilk dönem tartışmalarına ışık tuttuğuna şahit olmaktayız. Şerh kitaplarının salt yorumsal içeriğe sahip tekdüze eserler olmadığını ve ilmî açıdan dinamik bir yapıya sahip olduğunu gösteren bir diğer dikkat çeken husus ise şârihlerin itikâdî konularla ilgili rivayetleri şerh ederken görüşlerine katılmadıkları kişi veya gruplara karşı bazen de sert bir üslup kullanmak suretiyle onları tenkit etmeleridir. Bu yönüyle bakıldığında şerhlerde reddiye niteliğinde ciddi açıklamaların olduğu görülmektedir. Bu da bizi aslında tam olmasa da kısmen şerhlerin de bir yönüyle Ehl-i Hadis’in red literatürü arasında sayılabileceğini göstermektedir.rnAnahtar Kelimeler: Hadis, Kelam, Hadis Şerhleri, Kelâmî Tartışmalarrn---------------rnIt is a well-known fact that hadith commentaries possess a dynamic character, facilitating both the transmission of previous scholarly heritage and the reproduction of new knowledge. In this context, one can observe traces and discussions from the early periods within these commentaries, while also noting how this information sheds light on the debates of those early times. Another noteworthy aspect, which demonstrates that commentary works are not merely monotonous texts with interpretative content but rather possess a dynamic scholarly structure, is the approach of the commentators when explaining reports related to theological issues. At times, they adopt a harsh tone to criticize individuals or groups with whom they disagree. From this perspective, it becomes evident that certain commentaries contain substantial rebuttals. This suggests that, although not entirely, commentaries can partially be regarded as part of the refutation literature of the Ahl al-HadithrnKeywords: Hadith, Kalam, Hadith Commentaries, Theological Debates</jats:p>
