Abstract

<jats:p>This article analyzes Ibn Khaldun’s sociological views on the relationship between religion and society. The thinker’s ideas concerning religious values, moral systems, and social integration are examined in comparative perspective with modern sociological theories. Religion is interpreted as a unifying force that ensures the stable development of society, as well as a source of social order and moral norms. In addition, the article substantiates the practical significance of Ibn Khaldun’s views for contemporary society, particularly in the context of Uzbekistan, in strengthening the religious and spiritual environment.</jats:p>
