Abstract

In the modern pedagogical process, working with adolescents in need of re-education is one of the important components of a teacher's professional activity. For this reason, higher education institutions pay special attention to forming the skills of students studying in pedagogical specialties to establish correct pedagogical communication with such adolescents, to understand their socio- psychological problems and to apply constructive intervention strategies. In the training process, students are provided with theoretical knowledge, as well as practical activities-observation, psychological and pedagogical diagnostics, selection and application of individual and group education methods, conflict management, and solving socialization problems. Preparing students to work with adolescents in need of reeducation requires a comprehensive approach in terms of both pedagogical, psychological, and social aspects. When this preparation is provided, future teachers more effectively manage the behavioral problems of difficult adolescents, have a positive impact on the formation of their personality, and contribute to the establishment of healthy social relationships in the school environment.
