Abstract
<jats:p>This article analyzes advanced international experiences in developing digital educational technologies in primary education. The study examines digital pedagogical approaches, e-learning platforms, artificial intelligence-based educational tools, and mechanisms for developing digital competencies implemented in the educational systems of Finland, Singapore, South Korea, Estonia, and the United States. The findings indicate that integrating modern technologies into primary education significantly enhances students’ independent thinking, creativity, information literacy, and learning motivation. Furthermore, scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for adapting successful international practices to the educational system of Uzbekistan.</jats:p>
