Abstract
<jats:p>The article discusses the issues of increasing investment attractiveness by improving corporate financing mechanisms in joint-stock companies. Also, based on statistical data, the economic effects of the introduction of international financial reporting standards, digitalization and corporate governance principles are highlighted. As a result of the research, scientific and practical proposals have been developed aimed at improving the investment climate in joint-stock companies’ transparency, digitalization, and corporate governance principles.
