Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines the key problems of administrative and legal regulation of housing provision for servicemen of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic based on an analysis of the current Regulation on the specific procedures for providing official residential premises. The legal mechanisms for the implementation of housing rights are comprehensively analyzed, and current administrative and legal barriers are identified, including those related to discretionary powers of administrative bodies, insufficient guarantees during transfer and dismissal, as well as issues concerning participation in state housing programs. Practical measures aimed at improving the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the housing rights of servicemen are proposed.</jats:p>
