Electoral Law and Process

<jats:p>This textbook is designed for students studying electoral law and the electoral process. Some topics may be of interest to students studying political science and political analysis. It examines the theoretical foundations of electoral systems, modern electoral systems, electoral systems in Russia, and the historical traditions of electoral law in certain countries. It analyzes the organizational and legal mechanisms of various forms of electoral activity and examines the relationship between electoral systems and party-political structuring. Particular attention is paid to the formation of representative bodies, including local governments.</jats:p>
