Abstract

<jats:p>This article provides a scientific examination of methods for developing jumping performance in highly skilled volleyball players, as well as the formation of physical work capacity and functional preparedness in accordance with the characteristics of the sport. The study recommends a system of specialized exercises aimed at increasing jumping endurance, improving speed and strength, and enhancing the coordinated activity of the neuromuscular system.
