Abstract
<jats:p>Research conducted shows that the field of physical education and sports has been one of the most rapidly developing areas in our country in recent years. This article examines the characteristics, fundamental principles, tasks, functions, and formation of modern innovative personnel management mechanisms within the sports-logistics-cluster system of sports organizations. Special attention is paid to issues related to qualified personnel who can elevate the level of services provided by sports organizations to a completely new, qualitatively superior level.</jats:p>
