Abstract

<jats:p>This topic analyzes the patterns of age-appropriate development of physical qualities - strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and endurance - in the process of training gymnasts. The study scientifically substantiates that training should be structured based on an individual approach, taking into account the child's anatomical and physiological changes, growth stages, and responses to sports loads.</jats:p>
