Abstract
<jats:p>This article analyzes the importance of competition results in improving the long-term training system for belt wrestlers. The study examines the criteria for assessing athletes' technical and tactical preparedness, physical condition, and competitiveness, particularly based on results obtained from world championships held among adults. Through statistical analysis, the methodological approaches used in the training process of wrestlers who have achieved high results were identified, and recommendations were provided for integrating these approaches into the training system of belt wrestlers.</jats:p>
