Abstract
Parkinson's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by complex structural and functional changes in the central nervous system. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic information value of neuroimaging methods in patients with Parkinson's disease. The study was conducted on the basis of the Bukhara Regional Medical Association by the staff of the Department of Neurology of the Bukhara State Medical Institute. The study included 131 patients with a clinically established diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. All the subjects underwent a comprehensive clinical and neurological examination using modern neuroimaging techniques. The results revealed characteristic structural changes in the brain associated with the stage and duration of the disease. Data analysis confirmed the significant role of neuroimaging in clarifying the diagnosis and assessing the severity of the pathological process in Parkinson's disease. The results of the study emphasize the expediency of including neuroimaging methods in a comprehensive examination of patients with this disease.
