Abstract

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease. Diagnosis of the disease in the prodromal or preclinical period allows the appointment of neuroprotective therapy in the early stages. To achieve the goals and objectives of the study, a study was conducted in 131 patients. The motor clinical signs observed in patients of the studied groups before treatment were analyzed. In particular, an observational approach to assessing cognitive function through a motor clinic is required. The results of a comprehensive assessment of motor functions are important for understanding the functional significance of the disease.
