Abstract
<jats:p>The guide is devoted to understanding the role of artificial intelligence in transforming modern social and humanitarian education. AI contributes to artificial sociality, which changes the forms of communication, cognition, and teaching in the university environment. The authors examine the use of generative AI models in the educational process, the ethical and methodological aspects of their application, the development of digital and AI literacy among teachers and students, as well as the challenges of academic integrity and cognitive security. Based on an analysis of Russian and international practices, the guide provides recommendations for integrating AI into the educational programs of the humanities. It may be useful for university professors, researchers, academic administrators, and wide audience interested in modern approaches to higher education in the age of artificial intelligence.</jats:p>
