International Law and the High Court of Australia

<jats:p>This book seeks to identify and analyse the comprehensive body of work of the High Court in the broad field of public international law. It does so to consider the various individual topics of public international law that have come before the Court and thus provide an overview of those topics and their consideration by the Court. It also seeks to place the individual topics of public international law that have come before the Court into a broader perspective by which it can be said, writing today, that the Court has developed a relatively consistent and measured approach to the reception and influence of public international law in Australian law.</jats:p>
