Abstract
<jats:p>В ПАО «НК «Роснефть» методам оценки эффективности и контроля работы оборудования системы очистки уделяется повышенное внимание, в том числе, такому важному аспекту как оценка герметичности вибросит. Решение проблемы с герметичностью вибросит в «динамических» условиях необходимо для последующего обслуживания и настройки оптимальных режимов эксплуатации, что позволяет предотвратить протечки бурового раствора со шламом в обход панелей вибросит и повысить эффективность работы системы очистки.</jats:p> <jats:p>At Rosneft Oil Company, methods for assessing the effectiveness and monitoring the operation of cleaning system equipment are given special attention, including the crucial aspect of assessing the tightness of the shaker screens. Addressing the issue of shaker screen tightness under dynamic conditions is essential for subsequent maintenance and setting optimal operating conditions, which prevents drilling fluid leaks containing cuttings from bypassing the shaker screen panels and improves the efficiency of the cleaning system.</jats:p>
