Abstract

The aim of the work is a comparative study of the indirect immunofluorescence (IMFA) results with using the conjugates of the rabbit antibodies (AB) to IgG, IgA, IgM of mouse or human with FITC and conjugate of Staphylococcal Protein A (SPA) with FITC for verification of the specificity of the immune to the tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBE) blood serum of mice or humans. Our results indicate that the SPA conjugate with FITC can be used in IMFA to evaluate the specificity of immune to the TBE virus mice sera or immunized with TBE vaccine humans sera. The sensitivity of the SPA conjugate with FITC was statistically significantly lower compared with the conjugate of rabbit АВ to IgG, IgA, IgM of mice or humans with FITC.
