Abstract
The article examines the experience of applying the DES digital technical supervision system and its impact on improving the quality and safety control of construction works. The main functions of the system are described, including rapid defect registration, classification according to severity, and issuing instructions, which ensures timely response to technological violations. Data on the effect of automated monitoring on reducing errors and increasing the accuracy of construction process control are also presented. The system’s capabilities for transparent and continuous monitoring of work execution are analyzed, which contributes to improved interaction between contractors, technical supervision, and the client. The automation of reporting, including the generation of acts and tracking the implementation of instructions, is thoroughly examined, significantly reducing the labor intensity of control procedures and enhancing the reliability of documentation. Additionally, the functions of the safety module, which ensures compliance with occupational safety standards and rapid detection of potential hazards, are highlighted. The implementation of digital smart technical supervision systems is identified as a promising direction for the development of construction control, contributing to improved quality, safety, and manageability of construction processes
