Abstract

Effective management of oil and gas wells requires maintaining optimal technological operating regimes, as well as the timely prevention and mitigation of potential complications. Any deviation from established technological parameters may lead to various operational problems and emergency situations, which can negatively affect both the efficiency and safety of field development. Therefore, the study of rational well operation in the oil and gas industry has become increasingly important and requires comprehensive, scientifically substantiated, and highly accurate research approaches. Currently, modern training simulators are widely used in the oil and gas industry to support the implementation and analysis of technological processes related to drilling, production, and well workover operations. The AMT-411 training simulator complex, which replicates the processes of well workover operations, is used for educating students of higher and secondary vocational institutions studying in the field of “development and operation of oil and gas fields.” In addition, it is applied to enhance the professional qualifications of engineering, technical, and operational personnel working in well workover divisions at oil and gas production enterprises.
