Abstract
The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of the application of modern information systems and data analysis algorithms in the oil and gas industry. An analysis of digital technologies used for processing, systematizing, and interpreting geological and geophysical data is presented, as well as methods for forecasting hydrocarbon production indicators and improving the efficiency of production process management. Particular attention is paid to the use of intelligent data analysis methods, machine learning, and big data technologies that enable the identification of hidden patterns in production information and increase the accuracy of managerial decision-making. The main directions for implementing information and analytical systems at the stages of exploration, field development, well drilling, and hydrocarbon transportation are considered. It is shown that the use of modern data analysis algorithms contributes to the optimization of technological processes, reduction of production risks, and decrease in operational costs. The obtained results confirm the relevance of further development of digital technologies and analytical platforms in the context of the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector.
