Abstract

<jats:p>This article examines the production of paving slabs using semi-dry vibration pressing. This method is one of the most effective and cost-effective innovative technologies for producing small-piece concrete products. Products obtained using a semi-dry concrete mix possess high density, strength, and wear resistance. The simultaneous use of vibration and pressing ensures uniform distribution of the mix structure and the formation of high-quality products. The study analyzed key process parameters: concrete mix composition and moisture content, compaction pressure, vibration frequency, and molding time. A comparative analysis with various production methods revealed the advantages of semi-dry vibration pressing in terms of productivity, cost, and environmental safety. Effective methods for optimizing the production process and selecting raw materials to improve product quality and reduce production costs were also proposed. The results of the study are of practical value to companies engaged in the production of paving slabs and other vibro-pressed concrete products. The paper analyzes current issues in the production process, examines the structure of the production line, and examines the characteristics of the materials used. The causes and consequences of production difficulties were identified, and an assessment was made of the rheotechnological properties of materials and their impact on product quality.</jats:p>
