<jats:p>This publication of the International Code for Fire Safety Systems (FSS Code) presents engineering specifications for fire safety equipment and systems required by SOLAS chapter II-2, and includes related fire safety standards and guidelines relevant to the Code.
This edition of the FSS Code also includes unified interpretations that have been approved by the Maritime Safety Committee since 2004.</jats:p>
