Abstract

This article examines the possibilities and methods for developing spatial concepts in preschool-aged children. It has been established that middle preschool-aged children are able to identify 3-4 concepts of time and space, drawing on personal experience. To determine the sequence and location of actions in time and space, the following are important: a) providing children with information about familiar objects and events; b) clarifying the connection between the beginning, continuation, and end of spatio-temporal relationships that carry informational and emotional weight.
