Abstract

World experience in the employment of forces in various conditions indicates that the moral and psychological state of personnel has been and remains one of the main and decisive factors in achieving victory, thus determining the readiness of personnel to successfully perform battle tasks under any circumstances. Consequently, even in conditions of peace, in the process of combat training it is necessary to comprehensively take into account the moral and psychological factor, and implement effective psychological training of personnel. In the process of military-professional activities, military personnel are constantly exposed to the impact of various psychological factors: danger, novelty, uncertainty, surprise, lack of time, fatigue, anxiety, increased pace of actions, psychic tension. The effectiveness of the implementation of the assigned tasks will depend, first of all, on how ready they are to overcome the negative impact of these factors.
