Abstract
<jats:p>The multifaceted and diverse relations between Armenia and China have developed over a long historical period, and today they are manifested in new forms and actions, including the development of trade, economic, cultural, and diplomatic ties. In this article, the author attempts to present the reasons for the presence of Armenians in China, the formation of Armenian communities, their activities, and historical data on their existence and development, based on information and publications from various sources. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the approaches and opportunities for the development of Armenian-Chinese relations, discussed on various platforms, have been presented in the historical context, and an attempt has been made to identify the key directions and areas that remain relevant today.</jats:p>
