Achieving such sustainability is vital for safeguarding food security and public health, given the indispensable role of agriculture in providing economic livelihoods to rural populations. The article also emphasises the need to enhance the accuracy and precision of forecasting the impact of climate change on agriculture, as well as the development of an indicator system and criteria for evaluating climatesmart agriculture.
