<jats:p>The article analyzes the evolution of electronic money and the development of the fintech ecosystem from the perspective of bank integration. The study covers the importance of digital payment systems and financial inclusion, security and legal regulation issues. The convenience created by the UzCard, Humo, Payme, Click platforms for the population and business is analyzed. Comparative analysis and practical examples are used as a methodological basis. As a result, practical recommendations have been developed on the introduction of blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies, innovative business models and strategic transformation directions.</jats:p>
