Abstract
This article examines the impact of zakat revenues on poverty levels in Indonesia during the period 2010-2020 using econometric methods. The study employs correlation analysis, Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), heteroskedasticity-corrected regression, and the Two-Stage Least Squares (TSLS) model. The results reveal a negative relationship between zakat revenues and poverty levels. Empirical findings indicate that an increase in zakat significantly contributes to the reduction of poverty. The study confirms the important role of zakat as an effective instrument of social protection.
