<jats:p>This article analyzes the rapid development of the tourism sector in the context of New Uzbekistan and its role in the national economy. In particular, using the example of Chust district of Namangan region, the paper highlights the region’s tourism potential, historical and cultural heritage, handicraft traditions and opportunities to attract foreign tourists through modern festivals. The international recognition of national brands such as Chust skullcaps and knives, as well as the contribution of the Flower Festival and other cultural events to regional tourism development, are substantiated. </jats:p>
