<jats:p>This thesis examines the issues of improving aviation service quality and enhancing tourism competitiveness through the example of UzAirways. The findings indicate that the expansion of route networks, fleet modernization, and digitalization have positively influenced tourism development. At the same time, the absence of sustainability reporting based on IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 standards has been identified as a factor limiting information transparency. </jats:p>
