Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of a differentiated approach in the physical education of students. Research methods and organization. Analytical methods, methods of mathematical statistics, and pedagogical experiments were employed. The experiment involved first-year students, divided into a control group (classes in halls) and an experimental group (training in outdoor areas, parks, and swimming pools). Research results and conclusions. It has been established that the individualization of programs, taking into account health groups, the use of natural landscapes, and the integration of swimming into the educational process contribute to an increase in overall endurance by 15-20%. The results confirm the necessity of reforming traditional methods of physical training in higher education institutions.
