Abstract
<jats:p>This article outlines the strategic guidelines derived from key strategic and conceptual documents in the fields of military education and science, within the broader context of the multi-sector reforms implemented in recent years in the Republic of Armenia. It also highlights the importance of integrating opportunities for modernization and improvement into the ongoing reform efforts. The transformation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia entails comprehensive and targeted reforms across all domains of military activity. The accelerated development of military education and military science should serve as a central driving force and a reliable guarantee for the successful and efficient implementation of these reforms. A well-rounded officer—capable of rapid decision-making in complex situations and equipped with modern soft skills—constitutes the cornerstone of a professional armed force. To this end, the study examines the current state of military education and science in Armenia, identifies the characteristics of ongoing military-educational processes, and reviews leading international practices in multi-level officer training.</jats:p>
