Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines student socialization as a key strategic direction within the university management system. The methodological foundation of the study is based on the theoretical and conceptual approaches of domestic and international sociologists, psychologists, and educators. The characteristics of the university’s activities as an institution of socialization within a specific domain are presented and scientifically substantiated. The essence of the student socialization process in the university, the key components of the management structure, strategic development priorities, and educational goals are described. The objectives of managing the student socialization process, the mechanisms for their implementation, and the expected outcomes are defined. Based on the analysis, the following scientific conclusion is formulated: student socialization in the context of university strategic management is considered one of the core directions of educational policy, as it not only supports academic progress and the efficiency of professional training but also ensures students’ full integration into society and their future professional activities. Effective management of the student socialization process makes the university a competitive and student-centered institution.</jats:p>
