Abstract

In recent decades, private medical institutions have gained significant importance in the healthcare systems of countries, ensuring the accessibility, diversity and efficiency of healthcare services. Global trends indicate that the private sector can fill the gaps in public healthcare services, while at the same time creating new challenges in terms of management, control and quality assurance. In Armenia, private medical institutions continue to expand, becoming a serious player in the healthcare market. However, the effectiveness of management models, their compliance with Armenian reality, as well as their adaptation to global trends still need in-depth study and comprehensive assessment. One of the important components of ensuring the effective operation of private medical institutions is the correctly selected management model, which determines the format of strategic decision-making of the organization, the mechanisms for coordinating operational processes. Several main models are used in private medical institutions operating in Armenia, which are classified according to organizational structure, form of ownership and entities implementing management. In this article, in the context of international experience and the RA healthcare system, through comparative analysis, the management models of private medical institutions have been studied and interpreted, emphasizing the criteria of efficiency, transparency and quality assurance.
