Abstract

<jats:p>This article explores the motivation of administrative and support staff in higher education institutions, using the Russian-Armenian University as a case study. The author employs both quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess staff satisfaction levels, identify key challenges, and determine motivation factors. The study reveals that salary levels, work environment, and opportunities for professional development significantly influence employee motivation. The article proposes measures aimed at enhancing staff motivation in universities.</jats:p>
