Abstract
<jats:p>This volume explores evolving legal frameworks, jurisprudential discourse, constitutional developments, and regulatory responses to technological and socio-political transformation. It emphasizes cyber law, digital privacy, intellectual property, environmental law, human rights protection, judicial reform, and legal governance innovation. The volume encourages research addressing legal implications of AI, data protection, digital evidence, smart contracts, international law challenges, and transnational justice. Socio-legal studies examining access to justice, legal literacy, community dispute resolution, and legal education reform are also encouraged. The objective is to advance legal scholarship that supports equitable, ethical, and technologically adaptive justice systems.</jats:p>
