Abstract
<jats:p>The formation of industrial policy in Karabakh is closely related to the rich underground and surface resources of the region, as well as the requirements for protecting the ecological environment. Different mineral resources, water and land resources affect the choice of industrial directions, while maintaining ecological balance is required for sustainable development. The rational use of natural resources, the application of environmentally friendly technologies and consideration of restoration processes in the planning of industrial activities accelerate the socioeconomic development of the region. This approach supports the long-term protection of resources and the promotion of innovative production. At the same time, the well-being of local communities is a key priority in this process.</jats:p>
