<jats:p>The study analyzes the evolution of memory architectures within Big Data infrastructures
and examines their impact on performance, scalability, and processing efficiency within a
scientific–methodological framework. The research evaluates the development trajectory of inmemory computing, NVMe-based systems, and distributed memory models using statistical data
and identifies the mechanisms through which modern architectures are formed.</jats:p>
