Creation of efficient management system of housing and communal economy

<jats:p>The article discusses the targeted development of public-private partnerships for modernization, reconstruction, major repairs of housing construction, and attracting domestic and foreign investment. New economic mechanisms have been developed that determine the management of factors influencing the development of the housing sector. The methods used in the economic mechanism will help in the economic justification, assessment and selection of solutions for managing the housing sector.
