Abstract

<p> Research on the early modern period at the Chair of Modern History in Bamberg has produced numerous dissertations over the past 20 years. These and other results of academic work supervised by Mark Häberlein are summarized in this commemorative publication marking his 60th birthday. Academic students have brought together old and new aspects of research relating to the city and diocese of Bamberg, but also extending far beyond. The volume thus contains studies on regional, national, and international topics in current early modern research. With contributions by Matthias Baumgartl | Magdalena Bayreuther | Markus Berger | Johannes Boxdörfer | Jörg Denzer | Andrea von Eberstein, geb.
