Abstract
<p>The volume brings together the contributions of the 5th, 6th, and 7th German-Georgian colloquia and addresses key issues of private law from a comparative perspective. It focuses on the analysis of current developments in German and Georgian law, particularly in the field of tort law, taking into account judicial decisions and fundamental doctrinal structures. The contributions highlight similarities and differences between the two legal systems and demonstrate how legal concepts can be mutually enriched through comparative analysis. At the same time, they reflect on the importance of comparative legal dialogue for the further development of the law and the consolidation of shared European values.</p>
