Abstract

The conference volume brings together the contributions of the 3rd Conference of the Young Network Legal History, held in June 2025 at the University of Graz under the theme “Law and Crisis – Between Crisis Law and the Crisis of Law.” Young scholars from different countries explore the complex and dynamic relationship between law and crises – from antiquity to the present day. Drawing on various European perspectives, the volume examines how law has responded to political, social, economic, and institutional crises, offering insights into current research in the field.
