Abstract
<p>In this anthology, current empirical research findings are presented to illustrate the diversity of practices and research approaches in sports science related gender and diversity research. Thematically, the anthology is divided into four overarching chapters (Diversity, Race, Class, Gender), in which current research is presented, each of which focuses on one or more lines of difference in their interactions and in different contexts of sport and PE. Accordingly, the anthology is aimed at (sports) scientists at all qualification levels and from all (sub-)disciplines, at (PE) teachers at all school levels and multipliers in organized popular and elite sports. With contributions bySophia Aalders | Katrin Albert | Fabienne Bartsch | Angelika Julia Bensch | Birgit Braumüller | Maike Dernbach | Agnes Elling | Sandra Günter | Ilse Hartmann-Tews | Tobias Menzel | Tina Nobis | Birgit Palzkill | Julia Perlinger | Bettina Rulofs | Alisa Schafferschik | Heidi Scheffel | Corinna Schmechel | Tim Schlunski | Annika Schwark | Ole TodziThe book will also be available in open access upon publication.</p>
