<p>Accretions are a daily occurrence in modern business life. Despite their high practical relevance, their consequences under labour law are largely unclear and pose challenges for employers and employees. The author provides a comprehensive analysis of the consequences under individual and collective labour law and sheds light on the application of the provisions of the Transformation Act. Particular attention is paid to the references to EU law and dogmatics. In view of recent legislative changes, the study is highly topical. The author makes an important contribution to the academic discourse, which is of considerable interest to lawyers as well as companies and employees.</p>
