Abstract

<p>Since the coronavirus pandemic, the introduction of digital training formats in the field of continuing professional development has been a hot topic in entrepreneurial diaconia. But how can digital change succeed in a field of work characterised by nursing care? What factors need to be taken into account so that employees in geriatric nursing can make use of digital training opportunities? In addition to providing concrete starting points at the individual, relationship, structural and cultural levels, this empirical study also identifies interdependencies and ethical challenges in order to provide practitioners with options for shaping this complex process of change. </p>
